The reseller ratings for Dakmart are terrible. Anyone have any recent dealings with them over the internet, or by phone?

I have bought from them with no problems. They are "Authorized" by Denon so you get the factory warranty.

My understanding is that on Denon refurbs and b-stock, you get a 90-day Denon warranty not the standard Denon 2 year warranty. Anything beyond that would be a Dakmart warranty.

I've tried to buy from them twice, and was told the item was backordered both times, even though it said the item was in stock. I personally would stay away from Dakmart. My thinking was once - ok I can understand the item is out of stock, but the second time was enough to turn me away from them.
