Is the 940 being releaced in the USA in silver? I was hoping so but as some places come online with it I'm not seing the silver model.

the sony DB-940 is the new reciever between the sony DE and ES series.

I have seen the DB-940 online and Crutchfield has them in stock but no silver ones. I am going to drive down to the Sony Metrion this weekend to look for one. It is just that my TV,VCR,and TIVO are all Sony Silver so I need a reciever to match or I'm puting the home theater building proocess on hold in the Audio arena.

Same guy e-mailed me and said that my only other option is kenwood. No offence but I do not want a kenwood. I think they are crap. Any other sugestions in the 500-800 price point in silver?

Well, there is a Yamaha but it is like 2K ANY OTHER IDEAS?
