I just picked up a DCT2240 from my local Comcast office. After several minutes, the program guides get populated, and the clock is correct. However, when trying to view a channel, I just get a message that says "This channel should be available shortly." It has said this for 3 hours now. When attempting OnDemand items, I get a message that says it's having trouble tuning, and to call and refer to "SRM-8001". I called Comcast already and had them reset the box. This did not help. They are sending a tech out, but not until next week!!


Anybody got any suggestions? I was hoping to have my digital cable up over my Christmas vacation....
