I have a Barco Data 600 tht is totally dead. No lights, fan, nothing. I did measure the SMPS voltage across cathode junction of D12, D13 and got the rated 300VDC. However, no LED voltage on the status panel lite up. Can someone tell me is a circuit board loading the SMPS down? Or is something else bad, loose or defective . Any help appreciated.

Al,

It most likey is the EHT board holding down the High Voltage. They have a fuse on it if you get lucky. If not they are not complicated to fix. Locate that and you will most likely have your answer.

my 600 died once. it was a fuse on the power supply. It had gotten loose over the years and just opened up. The fuse was on a little board to the side of the power supply that selected 120/220V.
