I have recently purchased a 10ht with 25 hours use.

I have noticed a slightly rectangular blur against some background colours ie. 3cm wide when projected onto a 120 inch screen.

It doesnt apprear to be any colour - like I said - just a blur.

Any suggestions?

If I need to open the unit up to clean it I am not too worried.

Try zooming in and out and notice the effect on your blob. If it gets sharper when the screen is out of focus, that indicates it is dust. If it gets out of focus when the screen is out of focus, this would tend to indicate it is a dead pixel. A dead pixel should be square, unless it covers multiple pixels, and should be within the confines of the grid that you see when you get real close to the screen. It sounds like it might be dust, though, which is good news.
