Hi all,


This could be a dumb question, but here goes!


My 800U was killed in a lightning strike, and needs to be replaced. Our insurance covers the replacement cost of the TV, so my question is: is there a TV in today's market that would be considered the equivalent of the 800U?


Any help would be appreciated!

Any new Panasonic plasma (ST, GT, or VT)should give you a better picture than your old 800U


I would say get a GT30 at least so you get THX mode still if that is what you want.
