DEC Digital VRCX1-WA -- anyone have any info?

I'm trying to find any information on this monitor. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but I thought I'd give it a shot.

Friend of mine is getting rid of a DEC Digital VRCX1-WA 21" monitor. It has component, svid, and I believe DVI inputs. I can't find ANY information about it online other than odd old stores selling it at random prices.

Does anyone have any info on this monitor?
