Because of space necessity and aesthetics I'm going with inwall speakers for my LCR HT setup. I'm going to use enclosed back speakers. Is there anything else I can do to prevent bleed through into the adjoining room? Note: I'll also be green glueing a second layer of sheetrock.

I'm not an expert, are these open studs? One technique that I've heard about is using a 2x6 plate and staggering your studs so that the drywall in one room is physically disconnected to the stud holding the drywall in the other room.

could you try dynomat material in the wall behind the speaker.... figure the speaker hole would be big enough to get a good amount of material back there.
