I did find this from another forum:

"""""I've been meaning to build a DIY sub for the last year or so but an interesting option has just appeared.

A Definitive Technology PF15 active woofer is available locally. I don't think its the latest model but if its anywhere close, it could be a real winner. Response down to 14Hz with a 15" driver. I'd like to team this monster up with a pair of AR Classic Model 26 (2 8" woofers that stop at 40Hz).

I think it retailed for about $500 around 2000 but I'm not sure on either number. Might offer $300 and see if they bite.

Any experiences with the PF15? I've read that finding a good spot for a sub can be a nerve-wracking experience due to room acoustics.""""""

I have that sub. For that price it is a good deal. It makes some noise. It is not the best or the deepest but for $130 what can you expect.

Did you notice it was 220V?
