I have a Dell 3207C LCD 720p that I purchased a little over a year ago. Never have had a problem with it, and have always handled it with great care. Recently, however, I've begun noticing backlight bleed on the upper left corner of the screen. I'm wondering if there is anyway to fix this because it so distracting when I watch TV as I find my eyes drawn to it in every dark scene or 2.35:1 and 4:3 content. Unfortunately I was too naive to purchase the extended warranty with Dell so that's not an option. Any helpful hints?

I have the backlight turned to its lowest setting, but still looks like someone is pointing a flashlight in the top left corner.
