Denon 3300 no surround

When I use this receiver with cable input, I get no surround sound from the rear speakers. The surround works on my other system, so it's not the cable. The rear speakers work with 5 channel steeo. Digital 5.1 with DVD is fine. Does anyone else have this problem?

I usually don't get much (if any) sound from my surround speakers while watching cable TV in pro-logic mode through my Denon 3300.


But I am not watching TV really often. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/wink.gif

Everything else is outstanding through that receiver!!
