Hi,
I am buying a new hi-def TV (my current one is about 10-11 years old and only plays video at 1080i)
I'm noticing a lot of new TV's have 3D capability, so I'm considering buying a TV with that feature.
I've been doing some research about it and for the 3D to pass through the receiver it needs to be HDMI 1.4.
You can get a pretty good deal on the Denon 3312 right now, because the 3313 are out.. The 3312 says "3D ready".
Will the 3312 work with 3D content out of the box or does it need something else?
(I've only recently gotten the home theater bug so I'm trying to catch up on the current technology, my home theater is about 10 years old so I'm replacing a Denon 3802, which I've been happy with over the years.
Will the 3312 or 3313 serve as a suitable replacement for the 3802? If so, will the 3312 work or does the 3313 offer features that I'll need to run 3D content from DVD's, cable and a PS3.
I running all Paradigm monitors and plan on keeping them.
Thanks for any advice you can offer.
