Denon 3801 or Outlaw Audio 1050

I just purchased a 1050 receiver from Outlaw Audio. Its sounds good, but feels a bit underpowered. I was considering replacing it with the new Denon 3801. None of the local stores have the Denon, so I cannot audition it. My primary interest is music, although I do watch movies and it would be great to have support for the new audio formats which the Denon has. I will be using a HTPC and HK FL-8400 CD player for digital sources. My primary speakers are Infinity Kappa 7.1 Series II and I do not have a sub-woofer.

If there would not be a significant improvement in sound quality, I would prefer not to spend the extra money for the Denon.
