Denon 5.1 headphones jack

Just need a little help I have new wireless headphone it has three input, Analog audio, Optical, Coaxial, I have my Coaxial hooked up to my Directv. It has only a Analog and Coaxial output. I have my Denon using the analog audio 5.1 headphone jack running to the analog on the headphone. I use this to listen to bu-ray and Sirius radio.If I hookup a Analog audio in and Optical out Toslink converter to to phones will I get even better sound. Since Digital is better than Analog.
