Previous Denon models, i.e. the 4800, had lights in the display area to indicate which channels were being used, left front, center, rears, center rear, etc. I don't know if the 5700 had these. But the pictures I've seen of the upcoming 5800 indicate that the 5800 will not have these indicator lights. Is this correct? Will the indication of which channels are being processed be somewhere else, such as in the alphanumeric display area?

I miss my old Elite indicator lights whren I upgraded to the Onkyo 989. Was great to indicate when the LFE was driven & no switching sources just to get the 3/2.1 type info. So much for progress. It costs a couple extra thousand to get ride of such conveniences....
