well I have 3 mp3 players, a creative Zen 8 gig, samsung 1 gig, napster 512 meg. These players are not compatible with this amp, the amp will not see these mp3 players, so I got a flash drive and it works fine with that. I called Denon and they did not know about this and are asking the engineers what can be done. I payed a extra $700 just for the usb device on this for my mp3 players and it does not work. This is a very nice amp but if not compatible with mp3 players they should say so.
