My God ! that seems to be a lot of places they need to pawn-off tainted goods...I hope that's not indicative of the number of problem units they have.....

40% more dealers for refurb, b-stock, reconditioned than for new product.

You really can't tell that w/o knowing how many A stock and B stock they sell and the industry norm for B stock.. I suspect Tweeter or Crutchfield alone crush the B stock numbers.
