Hi guys,


I just ordered a replay unit.. 5504.. wish I could get a 5000 series but they're too damn much on ebay.. anyways.. my questions:


I currently have analog cable with one of those RFT descramblers going into the cable box... My question is.. I noticed you can put the cable directly into the replay but is there a descrambler box that works with this? Or is my only solution to go cable -> descrambler -> cable box -> replay?

Um, you can get any Coolbox, Vortex, etc and it will work for all the analog channels.


Of course, if you don't tell your cable company you've purchased your own decoder box to get the premium channels (and let them charge you) then no one here will be too inclined to help you
