On Sundays I love to listen to Da Bears via the radio call and then mute the audio on TV. So I get the radio announcers with the TV broadcast.


Problem: The radio is about 1.5 seconds ahead of the video signal. I am looking for some type of (hopefully inexpensive) device to add delay to the signal from my tuner.


My tuner has a stereo RCA output which I feed to my pre-amp.

The cheapest I know of are so-called guitar “stomp boxes.†However, I’m not sure if any of then will go to 1.5 seconds, and there’s no guaranteeing the sound quality.


Beyond that, the only thing you will find is in the pro-audio realm, and none of them are cheap.
