Did anyone get a free stand when buying the Sony KDS-R60XBR1?

My brother was over my house and absolutely loved the new Sony KDS-R60XBR1. Now he wants to go out and get one. He was asking me if I got the stand for free.I told him no. Did anyone get the Sony stand thrown in for nothing? Where did youget your set from?

I also have the 60 sxrd and I also purchased the matching stand, but what I did see last week while in Sam's was a heck of a price on the 60 and the stand was included

Are you sure this was the SXRD? Sams sells a regular 60" lcd using the chassis of the SXRD. This was very obvious when looking at the picture. Tons of SDE.
I didn't think discount warehouse such as Sam's would have access to such premium sets likt the Sony SXRD.
I heard that there are tipping issues with the SXRDs. That is why Sony recommends securing the set by strapping it to the stand designed fo ir. Has anyone run across this with the non-Sony stands?
Sony said the same thing with there 40" XBR's but I have since moved mine from the stock stand with strap tie down to a boltz stand without one and under normal moving conditions a strap isn't needed. So I would assume that it's the same deal with the SXRD's.

I purchased the A10 at Sam's yesterday and the stand was included, all for about 100 dollars less than other stores were selling the tv alone.

Downside, was I only got 6 months of same as cash

Well after this reply I must have been mistaken on what I seen. I did not look it over completely but only as I was walking by. I do want to say I am sorry if I posted some bad information that was not my intention. One thing that made me think it was the sxrd was the cabinet style. I do intend to go back to Sam's this week and I will look at it more closely

I did go back to Sam's and look at the one on display and it was a lcd not a sxrd like I orignally posted. Sorry for the incorrect posting
