Greetings,
I just ordered 1 1/2" Knauf insulation board, 3.0 PCF/FSK faced on one side to make wall mounted panels. I figured with the FSK facing on one side, I would not have to cover the back.
However, I noticed (after I ordered) that the absorbtion characteristics are different between the plain and FSK faced. Was I right in assuming the ratings would be the same with the plain side for both is facing into the room? If you have an experience with this, please let me know so I can change the order if need be.
Thanks,
Dom
