The 37" version has one less terminal board slot so there's one less input. Other than that i think the features and menus are the same but get verification from someone who knows for sure ;)

Neither model comes with speakers - they're just displays.
so, for wath films in 480p, and play my Xbox360, don´t have diference?? its absolute same Tvs???
I've owned both, and the "JUST" aspect mode is very different.

On the 37", it is more normal in the center and more stretched at the sides (which made me dizzy, but other people like). On the 42", I think it is still slightly stretched in the center, so the transition to the more stretched material at the sides is less obvious (which I prefer, but other people dislike).

Edit: Oh, and the 42" version also has more pixels -- 1024 x 768 as opposed to the 37"'s oddball resolution of 1024 x 720. This should make the 42" version better for computer use. I also have a theory that the 37" is more prone to pixel defects due to its lower dot pitch (more pixels per square inch).
