What are the main differences between Freevo and MythTV? and MCE? other?

Freevo and MythTV are for Linux and req Software capture card.

MCE is for Windows and req Hardware capture card.

The major differences between them are Hardware vs Software capture how ever MythTV will be getting Hardware support for WinTV PVR-250/350.
