Hello all, just joined the av forms.  I picked up a 626 recently and still learning how to use it.  I have Sony headphones that have a fiber digital connect.  How can I get the digital signal to the headphones? thanks..

If you mean Onkyo 626 then this is its back panel:





The general rule is that AVRs don't have any digital outputs but HDMI, and this one seems to be no different.

The fiber on the back is for input? or is it switchable?  trying to get my headphones to work with surround.
