Digital Projector owners, count yourself off!

Ok, I need for those current owners of digital projectors to make your numbers known. So, if you own one of the following projectors, please vote in the poll and have yourself counted!

What about us "Other LCD owners"? :)

Tor Arne
Sorry, Tor, I do not mean to offend the LCD owners. I place a definite distinction between LCOS and LCD. But then again, I know so little about LCD projectors that I allowed it to skew my objectivity in the real reason why I posted this poll in the first place. Please stay tuned!

Again, my apologies for any [unintended] slant on LCD owners.
Count me as one of the many discriminated against LCD owners...and there are many Sony and Sanyo and other LCD owners....at least I own an LT150 as a second projector.
Is the point of this poll to show that the AE100 LCD unit outsold all other LCOS and DLP?

if not, there really should be some higher end LCD models included.
I seriously doubt there are more AE100 out there than LT150s, although AE100 owners may be currently more active in this forum. I think over 100 forum members scooped up LT150s last June/July.
As for the reason for the poll, keep guessing. I want to see how far this gets come Monday morning. :)
LCD owner here, but no offense taken.

Polls of this type don't mean anything because you've already skewed any potential results because of your choices. Like all polls, the questions are easily worded to produce the desired result. Just ask any political pollster.
Well, just in case the goal *is* to top Lt150 owners... :D

Current "official" count there is 172.

Do you have any idea why I issued the poll? Did it ever occur to you that maybe I was simply looking for sufficient numbers of owners of certain particular projectors on this forum for a specific reason 'other' than data interpretation?

I wouldn't think of topping the LT150 Clan! :)

Good job! Considering the numbers of owners, you should start your own LT150 Fansite!
My, My.........aren't we all in need of a cup of coffee and a smoke!! My projector can beat up your projector!!! lol. Actually my little ae would probably get stomped!! ;)
My projector couldn't beat up anyone's projector as it is serving time in a cabinet prison! Coffee, yes, smoke, no. Assumptions are not allowed.
I'd love to vote in your poll, but can't since there is no category for the NEC LT series of LCD projectors. ;)
Ok, ok, ok. The reason behind this silly poll was to simply illustrate that for those products with a response of more than '5' should have a dang FAQ for their product, and make it a Must Read before posting a question to the digital forum.

Not trying to bend the brows of some people, but as many have mentioned, complained, etc., do research can is what it takes to get answers and a lot of answered can usually be quickly learned by reading a FAQ.

Almost every single specific product or manufacturer's group of products on a same or very similar technology could easily have a FAQ written on this forum. MANY have already done this and Kudos to them for doing so! For those that have not gotten together with other specific-product owners to write a FAQ shame on you! What good are you? :)

Thus, the actual percentages meant nothing, Steve13, but simply finding sufficient owners to assist one-another in writing a FAQ was all I was after. I would have included a lot more products, and not ticked off the LCD people, had more options been feasible.

Now, for those in the AE100 arena, when can we expect a FAQ of monsterous proportions? And I do mean monsterous! :D

I agree. Research is the quickest way to get help. It will take longer to post and wait for someone to reply. It's "reverse lazyness". :)

It's fun to see how many LCD-users we have compared to DLP, no matter how useless it is. :)

Tor Arne
Wasn't sure how to vote so I clicked a littte and next thing I know, I see the tally/list and it indicated I voted already.

As such, not sure where my vote went. Perhaps others had similar results and the tally may be less than accurate.

Anyway, I have the Dwin Transvision and extremely pleased to date ( in service about 11 months now) so that is where I would have voted.
