I found one of these cables for a fairly decent price on Ebay and I want to know if it's acceptable for use on a subwoofer? I assume it's just a 75Ohm RCA cable? Thanks for the help.

Cables is cables. It's the signal that is digital or analog. Coax cables carry analog video signals. If it is indeed 75 Ohm coax, find out if it has a solid copper center conductor if you have a long run. If it is a composite video cable, it has the same specs as a subwoofer coax cable. How well the cable in question meets those specs is the unknown part.

Thanks for the info. The cable in question isn't anything exotic. I figured it would work but I wasn't sure what the technical difference was between plain Jane red and white rca plugs and "digital video cables."

The red and white ones may not be 75 Ohm. The yellow ones should be.

The only thing I am aware of for 'digital video' as far as a rating is to see if it's rated for SDI.
