I want to know which side of dipole speaker is out of phase.(the side facing screen or the side facing back wall)

Can we change bipolar speaker to dipolar speaker with reversing the internal speaker wire, so it out of phase?

Normally, the front array facing the screen is the same polarity as the mains speakers. You can do an internal polarity reversal. However, a properly designed dipole incorporates a blocking capacitor in series with one of the woofer/mids to prevent audible artifacts in the low frequency range and to maintain proper low frequency response.
