I see there are a few neat movies on PPV in HD.


If Im going to pay additional fees for these titles I want to make sure Im seeing it in its OAR. Not having any past experience with PPV HD can someone comment if Direct also chops their PPV . I see a few titles that are in scope but I wont order them not knowing.

As far as I know... Willard is the only 2.35:1 movie to be shown OAR. The only other one I see there that is 2.35:1 is A Man Apart which is cropped. The rest seem to be 1.85/1.78:1 to start with.

I've found that 5 minute "free" preview is usually long enough to tell if the movie is going to be shown OAR. Two Towers was *not* in OAR ... crop-o-vision strikes again.
