I just tried to tune into "The Queens of Comedy" and it asked me to order it. Anyone else having trouble?

Gone on my system as of this AM. The SHO-HD line item is also gone from my packages.

Like many of you, I wouldn't mind paying for the whole SHO package a la carte (excuse my French) but I have no use for the TC or any similar smorgasbord package since I have four secondary TVs already running off a $40/mo cable package and don't want to buy four STBs for them and rewire my sat dish to them.

At the moment my HBO a la carte package is still up for $12/mo. Now that Comcast is bringing HD to MD, I guess its time to do a little math on the tradeoffs between DirecTV and cable. Obviously if DTV messes with my HBO I am gone...

I noticed this thread and just went to check. I also have lost my Showtime HD. I will have to think about spending $10 for it as I never seem to watch it very much anyway. Free was good while it lasted.

I not only have ShowHD for no charge but some how I have the whole Showtime package for no charge. I get TMC E&W and all Showtime channels and my on-line account lists it as Showtime package $0.00. Go figure!

yeah, i had subscribed to the whole showtime package back in July and then canceled it in October and picked up HBO. the regular showtime channels disappeared, but the show-HD feed stayed. rarely watched it anyways - they're still showing the same movies as when i subscribed in July! Saturday afternoon I still had it, but by 11pm saturday night it was gone. oh well - not a big loss as far as i can tell. would've been nice to be able to keep watching Odessey 5 for free though.

I had it added as a line item as soon as it became available. I've never subscribed to Showtime. Now it's gone - but I really don't care. I didn't watch it at all.

But I'm wondering if they are moving things around so they can put together an HD package of some sort? Add a few channels - then you can buy an HD package that would include the HDNets, HBO, Showtime...etc....

OK, I'm letting my imagination run wild... ;)

No, they are getting ready for DiscoveryHD and a feed of CBS-HD, NBC-HD and ABC-HD. Fox 480p will also be available for an additional $79.95 a month.

Mark...there are some folks lurking in here that would take your post as fact (of course, not me!). Hmmmmm, Fox 480p for only another $79.95.......

That's a good deal for Fox 480p!! I also lost my SHO-HD sometime between my last post and this one. Of course the only time I turned it on was to see if it was still working, anyway. At least I got to watch Tomb Raider and Hannibal a few dozen times.

There was some speculation that maybe our SHO-HD special line items were added by the CSRs as a six-month preview or similar. Maybe we are being rolled off in the order we were added. I know I added SHO-HD about 1 day after it was avaliable, I went dark a couple days ago.

More importantly, anyone at all find a magic incantation to use on a CSR to restart SHO-HD or, at least, buy the whole SHO package without buying a general package (Total Choice or whatever they call it) first?

I just checked, and I'm still getting it. I don't understand how some people would lose it and others still have it, though.
Just wait another week and see if you still have it. It seems they are going through blocks of subs and pulling the plug. You may be up next :). Mine checked out a few days ago too. Like many others I don't see it as much of a loss. When they shut off my HBO-HD I subbed it. But there just aren't enough HD movies on SHO-HD and other than the Chris Issak show which I watched a few times in six months, there wasn't really any original programming that sparked my interest. A year ago I probably would have subbed SHO-HD too but now that there's a decently growing selection of HD content I can afford to actually be somewhat selective in search of my HD fix ;). It really would be nice if they could figure some way to put together an HD only package though.

I lost mine yesterday. Called and Pegasus said a computer audit switched it off... automatically. Lets hope a HD package comes out quickly. She did let it slip that they will be carrying more HD channels shortly though I couldn't get any details.
