I cannot learn the down arrow on my Pronto TSU3000.

All other buttons ok but this single one.

Anyone have the code to plug in?

Thanks

I have it but not here. I will check back tonight. I have found that it is best to learn the codes away from windows and daylight. Once I closed the shades, I had no problems.

Here is the down arrow code if anyone needs it.

Someone on Remote Central was most kind to provide it.

Pressing the down arrow more gently, may help- it's the bad button on the Toshiba remote. See these posts for a little more detail.

I must say after programming the Pronto to run the A1, a lot of problems went away.

No more hesitation with commands, lockups, strange things going on.

The HD DVD's I made with UMF5 had three deep menu's and they would not work right until I started using the Pronto.

Seems like more than just the down arrow button that was sending weird commands to the A1.

In the current firmware there is no discrete off, only discrete on.

There is a factory reset IR that will power down the unit, but I don't think that will work very well :)

The usually trick of DiscreteOn followed by Power Toggle, to simulate discrete off, doesn't work because Toshiba takes over 50 seconds to respond to IR after being turned on.
