I have just installed a new DISH system. (Receiver model is DishPro 301.) My service includes local channels, which are numbered 8000-8007. My Replay 3030 does not seem to accept 4-digit channel numbers and thus I cannot tune my local channels. Is there a way to correct this problem?

The Replay remaps the channel numbers into the 100-999 range. That is, after reaching channel 999, the Replay takes the remaining channels (including the 8xxxx block) and finds open slots in the 100-999 range, starting at the high end and filling in until all of the channels are remapped. If more space is needed, the Replay starts filling the 0-99 range and then picks up again at 1000 if more slots are needed.

Thanks for the explanation. Based on your description, I was able to find my local stations mixed in amongst the others.
