I have a Dish 6000 receiver and enjoying Showtime and HBO in HD. I live in Albuquerque in which later this year we will be getting our locals in HD. I recently purchased the OTA module for my 6000. I have a question. If I connect it up right now can I still get the non-HD stations (NTSC) through it or do just the HD stations come through it? If the locals (through my antenna) come throug do they show up in the menu? Thanks alot.

Yes, the Dish 6000 will display upconverted NTSC signals. I do not know whether the NTSC locals will integrate into the 6000's guide, though.

Yes, they will, but they'll appear rather washed-out looking at present. This is supposed to be corrected by an upcoming software update for the 6000. They will be integrated into the program guide, but you may or may not get actual program information. It may just say "Local Programming".
