hello all, i would like to know (besides hbo, showtime, and ppv) what hd channels are available on dish. i know waivers will be required, but i need to know where to start. what about pbs, is it available in high def on dish?? thanks guys........

they have a demo loop (useless) and CBS (waiver required), plus the ones you mentioned.
