Dish is advertising best customer service rating in the cable/Sat business : not for me
my Dish/VOOM service started to act up a week ago and I took off work this afternoon for a service call which I have to pay for (5 days over 90 day warranty)
one of the 2 satellites has a bad connection so all the VOOM HD channels on my 942 are intermittent
trouble is: they never showed up: never called
very disappointed in Dish: VOOM gave better service than this: with the downrezzing and this kind of service I am wondering if it is worth it
