I picked up an ExpressVu 6000 HDTV decoder recently (same hardware as the Dish 6000 box supposedly) and it works fine with my BarcoGraphics 800. I thought I might have to build a special sync inversion circuit to go from pos to neg sync, but it's not required!
I use a HD15 -> 5BNC cable from the 6000 directly into the RGBHV inputs on the Barco with the H and V sync BNC's combined with a T-connector. Note: I did not try it without combining the syncs. It may not work without the T-connector. Since I need this for my GeForce2 HTPC output, I figure I would try the HDTV box this way first as well.
