Dishnet RF to IR adapter

I have heard rummors of a RF to IR adapter for the dual tuner box


I am running tuner 2 to a Niles unit and am looking for a way to control thought the niles keypad


The rummor has it that there is a USB adapter that plugs into the Set Top Box so you can control tuner 2 (RF) by IR


If anyone knows of such adapter I would love to buy like 1000 at full price


Any help would be nice
