My Custom Favorites list keeps getting deleted on my DishPlayer 7200. In the past I've had this happen occasionally, but now it happens every few days. When I look in the morning I know there's trouble because the power light is still on from the late night EPG update. The Custom Favorites list is just gone. I recreate it, then a few days later, gone again. Happening to anyone else? Any suggestions for a fix (short of getting rid of it!)?

I'm sure it is but there are fewer and fewer Dishplayer owners around to answer your question. Most, like me, upgraded to a better DVR.

Like me. I switched to UTV while my DP was in a good mood.


I had lost custom settings numerous times, but not usually in the same week. I'm wondering if perhaps your software may be corrupt or you have a bad spot on the HD? Either way, it doesn't sound good.
