As a Dish subscriber getting the local Washington D.C. channels, I called Dish to inquire about getting the CBS-HD feed. The young lady told me that it had not been added to the Wash D.C. package yet. Upon inquiring as to when it would be available to me, she had no clue. I thought that as long as I already qualified for the local feeds that the CBS-HD wouldn't be a problem. Anyone have a clue? I am not going to buy a Dish 6000 until I know I can get the HD feed. Thanks

#1 - Washington DC is NOT a CBS O/O station -

This means that you will have to request Dish to get a waiver for you to get this out-of-market feed (don't hold your breath for this - I heard of a case on another forum where the particular sub is in the Baltimore DMA, in Baltimore, but still within the DC stations Grade B profile - he was turned down flat from the DC station !).

#2 - If you are actually in a white area for CBS, you would qualify for it that way.
