I am trying to find a series of still images for testing and calibrating my TV as best I can. Any good places to get a few un touched clean images and videos to use?

I am trying to configure my 52" Philips 7403 as sometimes on blu-rays scenes are too dark and I adjust to bring out details, and other movies look too light lol. I know it is a big factor depending on how the film was done but I just want to set it to the correct setting and forget it. I can load the images up on my PS3 and calibrate that way, and then calibrate my HTPC using the same images and videos.

Also I remember Dvico used to have some HD clips to demo a while back that were very good quality for showing things off, anything like that still around?

The best way is with a calibration DVD such as AVIA or DVE. Alternatively, you can use THX optimizer (free on many DVDs, including Lucas films). Otherwise, you're just guessing.

are these availible in Blu-ray format yet? or would it matter since I am mainly calibrating for my PS3 blu-ray and the end output is the same? Didn't know if Blu-Ray video is handled diffrently then DVD through the Ps3
