DivX 6.1 hoses AGK 2.26 while 5.2.1 works, why?

I loaded the latest Auto Gorden Know (AGK) version 2.26 and it claims to be DivX 6.0.3 and up compatable. I have never had issue downloading any of the DivX codecs or getting them to work with AGK... has anyone seen this? Since all I get is the popup stating AGK can not open I don't know why, but switching back to DivX 5.2.1 allows AGK to open and run -- it's just that DivX 6.1 is supposed to be lightning fast!


BTW, I have AC3Filter 0.70b loaded and am able to adjust the audio/video sync in ZPlayer, but why should I have to do this? Why do some /avi work fine and others are so difficult? I thought AGK was a pretty simple application, so why is getting the sync right such a problem? Oh, I use my SPDIF out, often keep the AC3 and DTS soundtrack, select 1/3DVDR, and wonder if maybe I should make some checkbox changes to AC3Filter to get this working better... any ideas?
