I'm thinking to build HTPS like Rock+. So I need any recommendations for the best:

1. CPU+Motherboard

2.Graphic card

3.Capture card

4.Sound card

5.DVD-ROM Drive

6.Case+Power Supply

7.Software

8.OS

.......anything else I'm missing?
