Yes almost Identical, I upgraded to the oval dish and used my original post from my first system. I didn't have to move it and caught both satellites from were the original one was located. Some simple adjustments (Took a few hours and it was my fault.)
The only problem might come up when you have to swing the dish a little further West to center the two sat. locations. If your round dish is nearing contact with the roof on its right side you might have a problem. My mount was on an east wall and the eliptical dish couldn't swing far enough right/west until I built a bigger offset between the wall and the post.
