With your title andf your question I am a bit confused,

But if you are talking about DirecTV, waivers can get you ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC service from NY and/or LA. That is SD.

Waivers apparently can also get you CBS HD and NBC HD currently.

A couple things... which one are you asking about. Your subject line says dish, but inside you say DirecTv?


Assuming it is DirecTv...commonly referred to with the D* abbreviation, and assuming you are talking about the HD feeds, ABC and FOX are not officially available yet, so you shouldn't see anything on their website.


As for waivers, just a technicality, but D* doesn't give waivers. Networks give waivers to the end customers. They "waive" their right to prohibit you from receiving their network content from an out of market source.
