Does MSI 785GM-E65 and Mini Ninja RevB work together?

Hi,


Im building a low power, very quiet HTPC in an Antec NSK 2480B.


Is anyone able to tell me whether the scythe mini ninja will fit on my MSI 785GM-E65 without fouling the motherboards own heatsinks or the RAM sockets?
