I have a receiver (AVR 744) that had a bad IR receiver and setting up warranty service was a breeze. I also have a NAD T775HD and I had some issues that could be corrected through a firmware upgrade. NAD's service contact was constantly in touch with me and prompt and even informed me when an update was available. Very satisfied with that. The only other company that I have used that had service like that was Harman Kardon. Don't know if they are still that way or not.

Thank you for answering me bommai. I have heard a lot of good things about Harman Kardon on here. If I buy the amp, it will be the NAD 326bee. I heard it several times and fell in love with it. I am glad that the NAD issue got resolved with a firmware update. I see your post on here a lot. You always make good points. and are helpful to questions that people have.
