Quick question, I think I'm a bit confused. I know that reclock ensures that the audio is synced to the video. What I'm a bit unclear about is whether it also affects the video speed.


ie: If I force a PAL DVD to play at 23.whatever fps, does it slow the video to match, or will the audio continue to play at 25fps, but have the pitch it would have at 23.whatever fps?


Just wondering if I can get my PAL DVDs (in R4, so 90+% of my discs are PAL) to playback at the original speed and pitch - ie: just like NTSC, except with a few more lines of resolution.
