Like others, I'm seriously beginning to doubt it. It seems to be able to with ASIO, but the Kernel drivers don't seem to be able to. Anything I try to output 24bit with "kernel streaming" says it's not supported.

Things sent through the kmixer (directsound and waveout) seem to work at 24bit, but I hold that suspect- I wonder if it's actually outputting 16bit anyways.

I find this particularly annoying because we're more than a few months into it, and the Waveterminal card I had supported it right off- and ASIO S/PDIF worked fine.

While I love the card and it's certainly a good buy, M-Audio's support is truly lacking.

BTW- AudioTrack's competitor to the Revo- The Prodigy 7.1 is now available- but I must warn you- their support is just as good (or bad) as M-Audio's.

Interesting, with kernel streaming and winamp 2.90 I get the same as you. I can't play a 24 bit mp3. Selecting direct sound out put allows me to play the file. directsound output plugin status screen says I am doing 16 bit.

I downloaded and installed the latest MAD input plugin. Now the direct sound output plugin status screen says I am doing 24 bit. But kernel streaming still does not work.
