hi i have a marantz sr 6005 reciever and are running a 7.1 system with front hieght speakers. when watching regular tv it says on the front of the reciever dolby digital + pl11z which sounds great. now when i wath a bluray dvd movie and it is dts-ma should it say that on the front of the marantz reciever but it stays on dolby digital + pl11z on the reciever while watching the movie does this sound right to you. the movie souns fantastic with this setting just wondering if it should also say dts-ma like it used to before i put up the front hieght speakers. thank you

If you have the DTS track selected on the BD, then as noted on p. 32 of your Owner's manual it should display DTS-HD + DD PLIIz.

Does the movie have a dts-MA track? The player won't output DD 5.1 when the track is dts-MA.

Hi destiny 21, +1 on the two above respond. But also check the BD player audio menu are set to Bistream with Secondary Audio turned off.
