Just finished up my basement theater/childproofed rec room and I need a little audio help.

I cannot get my rear surround speakers to work with my Blu-Ray player. I have an older pioneer that all channels work great when using my cable box's optical feed. I tried to hook up the Blu-ray using a digital coax and I only get the front 3 channels.

I have changed the settings on the Blu-Ray and still nothing in the rear. Help!

Great forum too. Used a lot of info to design my budget setup. I did the entire construction and wiring myself except for taping, mudding, sanding, and painting.
