I really want to get an OTA HDTV card, but I am concerned that I will nto recieve any broadcasts where I live. Is anyone else in downtown denver?



Anyone around that would like to bring over your tuner to let me try out? I am willing to rent it, or take you out for a nice dinner as a thank you.

You should be able to get the HD from here with an outdoor antenna. Several use the $ 20 Radio Shack one in the suburbs to get what is out there. Most of the HD in Denver comes from the downtown area via temporary transmitters. Channel 7 ( 17 digitally ) is very low power from the top of their building on Speer and Channel 4 ( 35 digital ) and Channel 6 ( PBS digital on 18 ) are both from downtown on top of the Republic Tower building on 17th I believe. You should have a good shot at both.
